Jim Addlesberger was excellent. Honest and thoughtful. I stopped in to check out a truck he recommended and it happened to just be what I had been looking for. It was such a coincidence that the truck was t stopped in to check out a truck he recommended and it happened to just be what I had been looking for. Jim was great and was pleasant to work with. Very genuine guy, made me feel as if he was more invested in the sale vs the experience I got from other dealers in the DMV area where I felt like just a number d guy, made me feel as if he was more invested in the sale vs the experience I got from other dealers in the DMV area where I felt like just a number despite being a well qualified buyer. My first purchase at a no haggle dealer, not sure if I’m truly bought into it, but I’d probably return for Jim. More
