This has to be the worst service department I have ever dealt with. A routine inspection took 2 hours and after an hour and a half I went to find out what was going on, I was told my car would be ready in dealt with. A routine inspection took 2 hours and after an hour and a half I went to find out what was going on, I was told my car would be ready in a few minutes. 45 minutes later, went back to the service desk and no one was there. Had to wait for someone to come and then she had to go running around to find my vehicle. I was there in November for an oil change and inspection and after 2 hours I received my vehicle but they forgot to do the inspection. Hence the reason I was there today to finally get the inspection. They are just so rude and the girl checking out, didn’t say 2 words to me. It was like I was bothering her, so arrogant. I guess they figure they have you there so they don’t care how they treat you. Lovemy KIA but will not buy another at Destination!!!! Last time I complained and left a bad review the service manager sent me a text telling me to contact him… WHAT??? He should be calling me, not me contacting him!!!! More

Wrote a letter to the owners of Destination Kia about the terrible experience I had in the beginning of the month, and have yet to even hear back from them. Again, I went for a routine oil change, and ended terrible experience I had in the beginning of the month, and have yet to even hear back from them. Again, I went for a routine oil change, and ended up getting all brakes done per their recommendation... ended up with a massive headache because the tech who worked on my car failed to tighten what was needed for the brakes. I wouldn't even be surprised if he is still working for them, as it seems literally nobody cares at all at this shop. I had such an awful experience that I wanted to take the time to write another 1 star review. Someone needs to wake up. Go anywhere else to get your car serviced, this place is the pit of misery. More

Finally after two years. They are supposedly fixing my radio and other issues due to recalls. If I could leave zero stars I would. This happened on Monday, June 30th, 2025. Went for an oil change, they recommended brakes, so I went for a full brake job. Picked up the car and 15 minutes down the road I hear knocking in the back and have the feeling of no brake fluid. Fortunately, I was able to avoid an accident and find a safe place to park. I find that my rear left wheel is covered in brake fluid, and the caliper wasn’t even attached. The piston came completely out. I then call Kia to explain the situation and the two questions from the woman on the phone were how far away are you from the dealership, and do you think you could drive back. Seriously? After an hour dealing with the tow truck, upon arriving to Kia not one person from management expressed any resemblance of care. We asked to see my car up on the lift and to speak with the mechanic who worked on the car. He simply forgot to screw whatever was needed back on. I asked if they test drove it, and the answer was a 7 mile test drive.. however my in and out mileage on the paperwork was a difference of 1, so that was a lie. I even game him a second chance and he lied again. We were told that they had to order the part and would overnight it if possible, and that Wednesday I should be able to pick it up. I was called around 3pm on Wednesday to be told that they just started working on it, and when I requested an order history of the part they completely ignored it. This place is the most untrustworthy dealership in the area and should be ashamed for the “5 star” service they preach. Literally will never go back or recommend this place to anyone I know. More

Having to bring my car in for service has become a nightmare. Only had my car for just over a year and it has been in service twice now in the last 4 months. The first time they had it for 4 weeks because they broke more than they fixed. This time it went in for a strut, they had it for a week my car is worse and not fixed at all. I have left voicemails for every manager and the Director for three days and got no call back! More
