The overall experience was great. Buying a car can often times be frustrating however, the staff here creates a comfortable environment. My wife and I had done an internet search for vehicles which led us to Harrisonburg Ford. Before we had even visited the dealership I had submitted our credit application and the information on the vehic which led us to Harrisonburg Ford. Before we had even visited the dealership I had submitted our credit application and the information on the vehicle we were considering. Shortly after I was contacted by James Ward. James is very upbeat and positive, but not overbearing. I contacted James on a Saturday morning and told him we would be there to test drive the vehicle. He told us that he would have it ready. When we arrived as promised the vehicle was on the Vip Pad. We test drove worked out the numbers and it was a done deal. James is an awesome salesman. I will be contacting him in the future for any vehicle needs I have. Overall I would recommend Harrisonburg Ford to anyone. We even got to speak to the owner for a few minutes. He congratulated us on our purchase and was very friendly and down to earth. Thanks a lot to everyone at Harrisonburg Ford. We spent the majority of the four weeks it took to find the right vehicle working with James. James is the reason we kept coming back. He was assertive enough to let me know that he wanted to sell me a v the right vehicle working with James. James is the reason we kept coming back. He was assertive enough to let me know that he wanted to sell me a vehicle, but was not crazy car-salesman pushy. He understood that we were working with a budget, and worked to keep us within it. Harry helped to support James by providing additional expertise on Ford vehicles and taking a managerial interest in our case and helping us stick to our budget. Jim did his business manager magic, found the best creditor availalbe, explained the paperwork and made sure all was good to get us into our vehicle. The team dynamic present at Harrisonburg Ford outweighs what I've seen at any other dealer. We'll probably be back in the next month or so for a vehicle for my wife. More

Best purchasing experience we have ever had buying a car. Justin was able to find the exact car I wanted and had it available in a day dispite it being at another lot.
