He listened to our needs. He is super knowledgeable and his suggestions were most helpful and on target with our wishes for a car. The actual process of buying the car was very smooth. Jim walked us through every step, introduced us to the great team at Alexandria Toyota involved in the process and together they left no loose ends. We have been service customers with Alexandria Toyota for many years and our service rep, Tom Cantrell is awesome as well. We were sorry to let go of our 1996 Corolla with only 380,000 miles, but look forward to many happy miles with our new RAV4. And Jim is so pleasant, we are going to ask him to play Santa at our next Christmas party :)!!
