I went to several dealers looking for a car before I ended up at Berwyn Kia. I walked in and thought "here we go again" because of the bad experiences I had at other dealers - appointments not kept, ca ended up at Berwyn Kia. I walked in and thought "here we go again" because of the bad experiences I had at other dealers - appointments not kept, cars "not there" or "not ready to be sold" and they try a bait and switch, thousands of dollars of additional add ons to the advertised price, etc. That all changed when they introduced me to Mr. Brown. He was a straight shooter - he saw that I was serious and he treated me like an adult. I was in there at 5pm, he showed me the car I wanted to see, got me a fair value for my trade in, and I was out of there by 8pm with my certified pre-owned KIA. Plus, Jim is a really cool guy. He bent over backwards to make sure the sale worked and the car was acceptable. Thanks Jim - I'll be recommending you in the future! More
