Best Car Purchase Experience Ever We bought our 1st BMW (2019 X5 M-Sport) in April and it was our best car purchase experience ever. We worked with Nat Moore who was very helpful and knowledgeable about BMW cars. Nat went above and beyond and during one of our visits he had to come even during his time off. There was NO pressure from start to finish. They even allowed us to change my order (Nat and Neill) 2 days before my car delivery because of some confusions about the driver assistance package. Closing the deal with Jim/finance was likewise quick and easy. We expected to be pushed heavily with multiple offers, as experienced with previous dealers (not BMW), but NONE of that. Nat/team helped gathered all relevant documents long before delivery to speed up closing. The PPF and tint that we decided to add was installed by BMW trusted contractor in Winslow (better control) and was very well done, while I was treated with a X3 M40i for a loaner. I have recommended Winslow BMW to my friends/collegues and will continue to do so. We love the car so far. More

We have purchased a number of cars from various dealerships in the area, and this was the best experience by far. Great buying experience I purchased a 2016 CPO BMW X3 XDrive 35i from Winslow and couldn't be happier. I found them online as I was specifically looking for this model and ye I purchased a 2016 CPO BMW X3 XDrive 35i from Winslow and couldn't be happier. I found them online as I was specifically looking for this model and year BMW. Colin who I worked with provided me with great information and worked with me for the purchase and pick up. As I traveled 5 hrs. to CO Springs the night before, Winslow BMW picked me up on Christmas Eve and I was on the road with my new car before noon that day. They were great in having all the paperwork ready, the vehicle in perfect condition and had the IT guy go over all the tech details before I took off. Needless to say, it was a fun drive home and I would very much recommend this dealer. More

I bought a certified BMW. Unfortunately, it wasn't disclosed that a smoker had previously owned the car. When the heater is on the smell of smoke is strong, the cabin filter needs to be replaced. It was delivered with a few issues that Winslow will take care of next week. I am also dissatisfied with how dirty the car was inside. I am disappointed but hope to make the best of it. Had I known all of the issues I would have bought a new car instead of "certified". I am not confident in BMW's certification process. More

Outstanding Service Across the Board! After a long and fruitful relationship with my Explorer, it was time to search for a new vehicle. A respected coworker recommended I consider BMW. I After a long and fruitful relationship with my Explorer, it was time to search for a new vehicle. A respected coworker recommended I consider BMW. I conducted some research, including several other makes/models, and eventually found a vehicle at a BMW dealership in Denver that I thought might suit my needs. Before making the trek north, however, I decided to stop at Winslow BMW to put eyes on the vehicle, test drive it, and decide whether I even liked it. Boy, am I glad I did! I was immensely pleased with the entire test drive and purchase experience. Scott Cain was outstanding. From moment one, I felt my needs, desires, and price point (even if that meant looking at other options) were well respected, and the entire team there worked hard to make it happen for me. Not once did I feel pressured or bullied. I suffered a bit of sadness ending my relationship with my Explorer, but that quickly passed after Jake Gordon helped me set up the slick tech features and preferences in my new vehicle. I drove off the lot fully armed and with zero regrets about my transition to BMW. Scott Cain, Jim Carlson, Tom Betterson, and Jake Gordon were phenomenal. My Encore appointment with Jake Gordon taught me even more about my new BMW. He was very gracious, helpful, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure my complete satisfaction. He really is a "Product Genius!" Without question, I would highly recommend Scott Cain, Jim Carlson, Tom Betterson, Jake Gordon, and the entire team at Winslow BMW. They were a delight to work with and I look forward to a long and fruitful relationship with my new BMW and my new BMW family. good experience We were looking for a used BMW with x drive. We met with Darren Nicolsen who followed through and found us an affordable pre-owned 2015 X-1. No hass We were looking for a used BMW with x drive. We met with Darren Nicolsen who followed through and found us an affordable pre-owned 2015 X-1. No hassle and easy to deal with and a fair price. Since we hadn't purchased a car in 8 years, the technology was a little overwhelming and we are still learning it but also really appreciate it, with the help of Jake Gordon. It would have been easier for me to trade in my 95 525i but I got a lot more for it selling it privately. Overall good experience. More

Perfect buying experience I was not rushed ever. When my salesman was out, the others jumped in to help. They worked great as a team. I had previously purchased at a "large" I was not rushed ever. When my salesman was out, the others jumped in to help. They worked great as a team. I had previously purchased at a "large" dealership and was not impressed. I was impressed with Winslow. I will never go back to the "large and long" dealership. Also, Winslow's "dealer and handling fee" (dealer markup) was about 1/3 that of the "large and long" dealership!!! I thought they did a nice job and will definitely recommend them and look to them should I buy another car (hopefully not for a few years). More
