I've purchased two Chevy Colorados through Webb Chevy Plainfield. A 2016 and now a 2024. Both times Jim Ceci was the salesman. He took the time to explain everything to me about the purchase process, and once the new truck arrived, to familiarize me with all of its features. I loved the 2016 Chevy Colorado and I think I'll love the 2024 just as much. In addition, I have had all of my truck service done at the Webb Chevy Plainfield service department. Webb Chevy sold me a 2018 Ford Focus that needs $3800 of transmission work. I asked repeatedly if there were any issues and all they would say is “there are no codes right now”. Which means they cleared t transmission work. I asked repeatedly if there were any issues and all they would say is “there are no codes right now”. Which means they cleared the codes and sold me a broken car. Complete con artists, the epitome of sleazy used care salesmen. I’ve reached out to lawyers, consumer affairs, and the attorney general. No one keeps these crooks in check because they all work together. The manager wouldn’t call me back because he knows exactly what he did. CRIMINALS!!! More
