Jim Ceci was an excellent salesperson! You could tell he was a seasoned salesman with a lot of knowledge of Chevrolet vehicles and a pleasant demeanor to work with. My only negative comment is that the finance department needs to discontinue the use of presenting the paperwork on an IPad using e-signature. It is nearly impossible for a customer to accurately review paperwork that he is signing.Especially difficult for seniors. More
