I brought my 2016 Mazda 3 for a routine service appointment. Easy to to set up an appointment online. Check in was seamless and the waiting area is newly remodeled and comfortable. Service tech appointment. Easy to to set up an appointment online. Check in was seamless and the waiting area is newly remodeled and comfortable. Service tech sent a video update of the work this is in progress via text. Made it easy for me to authorize/decline service suggestions. Out of the door in less than an hour and 15 minutes. More

Overpriced Service I have a brand new Mazda3 from this dealership. Service has been good, however be warned that they cannot simply rotate your tires complementary with I have a brand new Mazda3 from this dealership. Service has been good, however be warned that they cannot simply rotate your tires complementary with your free oil changes during the initial warranty period. They charge $50 for a tire rotation! Overpriced! You'd think after spending almost $30K on a vehicle they could at least rotate some tires twice a year, it's pretty easy to do! One way they Nickle and Dime you! More

Goodly Jim has done an excellent job for me, I feel like I have a "Pit Boss" at Morrie's.
