Service was fine. However we we informed that Vision Jeep will no longer honor our contract of free oil changes that was agreed upon at time of purchase!?!? One of the worse service experiences I have had with any company. The service department never answered the phone or called back. One of the service writers was rude to every person he spoke too. I purchased car with agreement of lifetime free oil changes. I was informed that new ownership has decided to not hold up to that agreement and charge would be $39.99. I decided against oil change, but changes. I was informed that new ownership has decided to not hold up to that agreement and charge would be $39.99. I decided against oil change, but since I had an appointment I decided to continue with NYS inspection. New breaks and tire needed for nearly $1000. I have taken the business elsewhere. I hope the $39.99 oil change price (which I did not have done) was important enough to push the $1000 and all future business (service and sales) was important enough. I have gone to Vision for a long time and I will be taking any and all future business elsewhere. To me, it's not about the $39.99, it's about the agreement that new ownership felt was not important. As a business person myself, one of the first things my first business coach told me was "the first person to make it about money loses". More
