The service dept is the worst, will never have work done at Webb Hyundai Merrillville again. An alleged 2 1/2 hour job took 2 weeks due to service technician negligence, causing damage to our new vehicle. at Webb Hyundai Merrillville again. I love the service department! I took my Kona in for its first service at 6,500 miles. I had two Sonatas before the Kona. I have known Jim Devault since 2012. He is an outstanding I took my Kona in for its first service at 6,500 miles. I had two Sonatas before the Kona. I have known Jim Devault since 2012. He is an outstanding service manager who always ensures I receive the best quality service. After having serious engine issues with my 2015 Sonata, I wasn't going to buy/lease another Hyundai vehicle. Jim was a big factor in my decision to lease the 2023 Kona. So, all in all, I would give Jim 10 stars if I could. More
