Jim was incredibly attentive working with me and made the entire purchase experience stress-free and reassuring. He took the time to facetime with me to show me the car and spent 15mins walking me through everything in great detail. Prior to closing on the car, he had it inspected and serviced by a reputable shop who identified that the rear tires, brake fluid, oil, and cabin air filter all needed to be replaced, which Jim handled without question. Better yet, the shop even used Genuine BMW parts and fluid! Lastly, he was willing to work with the shipper I had arranged and kept me in the loop with everything. Incredibly professional dealership, great communication, transparent about everything, and highly enjoyable. I would recommended Genuine Motorcars to anyone in the market for a well-cared for used vehicle. Will definitely be buying more cars from them in the future! More

She is a beauty!!! I call her Marilyn because she’s that perfect! Metallic blue with 27,000 miles and in perfect condition. I don’t go anywhere without someone stopping me to ogle her! Tim, the manager made the transaction easy and both arranged for Class A covered delivery to my door!
