I had a heat shield problem on my 2013 Ford Focus. I stopped into the dealership and talked to Mark Lange the used car manager. He sent me over to the service department and had one of the mechanics t I stopped into the dealership and talked to Mark Lange the used car manager. He sent me over to the service department and had one of the mechanics take a look at it. He promptly put the car on the hoist and fixed it right away. I went back to thank Mark and told him of all the dealerships whether it was GM or Ford, this is a top notch dealership. There was no charge for the repair. The service department was great. I will certainly recommend all my friends who might need a car in the future to talk to Mark Lange for a used car. My thanks again to Royal Oak Ford for fantastic service. Thank you, Bob Baker More

I can not say enough good things about Royal Oak Ford and their personal. Everyone there is a rock star. Mark Lange is the manager of used cars sales and Darius Glover (the salesman we worked with.) were v their personal. Everyone there is a rock star. I was referred to Devin by Jim Dotson in the service department, which just shows you that if employees trust him, then you have nothing to worry about! I had been in contact with Devin for a few months department, which just shows you that if employees trust him, then you have nothing to worry about! I had been in contact with Devin for a few months regarding a lease turn in, he was never pushy or demanding. He was always honest and truthful with me from the very beginning, and made this such a painless process. His relaxed attitude put me at ease from the minute I sat down with him, I felt like I was buying a car from a friend, and not a salesman!
