A GREAT EXPERIENCE. I was on the search for a new 2017 Ford F-350 around the entire state of Florida, for the Best posible Deal and I want to thanks Bozard Ford for al I was on the search for a new 2017 Ford F-350 around the entire state of Florida, for the Best posible Deal and I want to thanks Bozard Ford for all the time and help on the process of buying the new truck, I honestly can say that it was a nice experience to work with the Sales Manager Patrick Robertson and especially on Sunday when we went to pick the truck with Jim Duran ,Client Portfolio Manager, he put a lot of time and effort to explain us every detail in the truck to main sure that we was completely satisfied. I’m a true believer of customer service and we really leave Bozard Ford impressed with a magnificent service experience. Thank you !!! More

wait was too long. After checking me in service advisor sent to lunch. When tech was done with my truck he set my paperwork on her desk. She had not returned. I finally asked another advisor to handle & she walked away. She called for another advisor & he kept shooting the breeze with the manager I guess. Then he came out & told me to wait. He finally came back & took care of me. Hopefully next time I will not be in a hurry & will be able to go to the service department instead of the quick lane. Before leaving I had to ask the techs to retrain the tires due to the pressure monitor showing they had rotated tires but not retrained the monitor. More

Amazing customer service every time! I have bought and sold vehicles to Bozard a couple of times in the past year. Jim Duran always returned my phone calls in a timely manner, remembered I have bought and sold vehicles to Bozard a couple of times in the past year. Jim Duran always returned my phone calls in a timely manner, remembered all of my picky requests, and was patient after I would wait a couple of months to buy. Always spoke the truth and was an advocate for the customer when negotiating a deal. He is a straightforward, honest man! More

poor customer service Purchased 2016 F150 and it did not have an owner's manual. Several weeks later my wife picked it up at your dealership. After checking my oil life, Purchased 2016 F150 and it did not have an owner's manual. Several weeks later my wife picked it up at your dealership. After checking my oil life, (showed 17 % left) I immediately called and was told that it was an oversight and that the oil was just changed. I keep my vehicles for a long time and maintenance is very important. I was told they did not reset the computer. This is an important item that should not have been overlooked. Several weeks later I noticed a screw in one of my tires. Took it in for repair. While on the lift I was called back to look at a large gouge in the other tire. Had them put on my spare. Called your office and they said they were sorry about my bad luck! Not even a suggestion that I bring the tire back for inspection. Price is important, but so is service. I will never come to you, or recommend your dealership to any of my friends. Customer service is poor at best. More

Now I know why.....the entire buying experience was hassle-free, low key and the kind of situation you have always wanted when buying a car. Jim agreed with our method of steps that we wanted to take to buy the car and assisted us in every way possible. He located our car and had it at the dealership in 2 days. He was knowledgeable and personable in every way possible. I would recommend Jim Duran and Bozard Ford to anyone who wants a good experience when purchasing a car. Rick Garcia in the finance department was equally great to work with. With 0% financing, it was a no brainer to take that deal! More

We live just 10 minutes from another dealer that sells the same vehicles but we have not hesitated traveling 30 minutes to buy and service them. Great products and people make for a great experience!
