From the beginning, Jim was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and listened to what i was looking for in a truck and we found the truck for me. The financial portion of any auto deal is usually long, tedious, and multiple people that are very informal. NOT Rick Garcia at Bozard, he to was kind, professional, efficient, knowledgeable, made sure I was informed in detail throughout the process.
