I was looking for a very specific Ford Fusion with certain options and wheels. I had tried other dealerships and was told they couldn't find it. It was absolutely amazing. On top of that, when I was discussing my leasing options, AJ Miller and Terry Seymour found a way for me to add annual miles and drop my payment by $40. I received very timely responses to online questions regarding a Lincoln MKZ Hybrid that I thought was in stock. I was informed that no hybrid models were in stock at this time. I received a phone call immediately as the first hybrid arrived on the lot and it had been cleaned and was awaiting me for a test drive the following morning. A very thorough overview of the car was given followed by a test drive. No question was left unanswered and a very non-pressured environment existed during the sales negotiation.
