Hi my name is Jim Dykstra. I have been in the same dealership for almost 18 years. I was with LeRoy Motors for twelve years. From April 1,2001 until we were taken over from Bob Johnsons in 2013 till the present. Efficient very courteous and helpful I went to Bob Johnson because I needed an oil change at that time I knew I would have to return due to my inspection would be effective in the month o I went to Bob Johnson because I needed an oil change at that time I knew I would have to return due to my inspection would be effective in the month of April, a matter of 2 week the service department went ahead and did the inspection at that time so it would not be necessary for me to return in the 2 week appt. I did not have to wait long to have all done my car is safe and I have not had any problems. More

Missing products I paid extra for the electronic rust protection, a couple of weeks after receiving the truck I had the hood up taking a look around and did not see th I paid extra for the electronic rust protection, a couple of weeks after receiving the truck I had the hood up taking a look around and did not see the "blinking light" from the rust protection system. upon returning to the dealership, they confirmed it was not there. They said they would call me to schedule an appointment, they did not. So, if I had not noticed it missing, who would have been the wiser. More

I was satisfied with my salesman I called ahead and scheduled an appointment with Jim. He took his time and helped us with our vehicle choice. Somewhat disappointed I ordered a 2019 Silverado, and the salesman said it would it be 6-8 weeks until delivery. 4 weeks later, when asked how the truck was coming, he sai I ordered a 2019 Silverado, and the salesman said it would it be 6-8 weeks until delivery. 4 weeks later, when asked how the truck was coming, he said good...Chevy just picked up your order, so it will be 6-8 weeks out! So the original delivery date went right out the window. Not very happy this wasn't explained better sooner, to say the least. More
