My salesman Jim Fikaris was amazing. He was kind, fair, no pressure, and came in on his day off to make sure I was well taken care of. He spent extra time to make sure I understood all of the controls, se no pressure, and came in on his day off to make sure I was well taken care of. He spent extra time to make sure I understood all of the controls, set my defaults (radio, sat, chair, mirrors, etc). This was my second Lexus at this same dealership - the entire dealership also very professional. I would give more than 5 stars if possible. More

Unfortunately, being our 1st time to visit the dealership, this was not a pleasant experience with Sales. Friendly, but not a good experience. Agreed upon a selling price, which was then listed dealership, this was not a pleasant experience with Sales. Friendly, but not a good experience. Agreed upon a selling price, which was then listed, as a surprise that we did not know about, as a final drive out price, with this topic never even being discussed. We had only discussed a selling price. Then we had an issue with the trade-in of our vehicle during this process as well. Spoke with the GM regarding this experience/issue, but he did not seem too concerned with our issue, Rather seemed upset that our original selling price was eventually honored. Seemed to be more upset with the employees who tried to right this wrong, rather than the criss-cross of selling price to final price that occurred. Regarding the Finance Department, Judy Patureau, was extremely helpful with great customer relations. The same can be said about Sales Manager, Sinh Pham. Both were wonderful! Highly recommend these 2 employees! More
