My salesman Jim Fikaris was amazing. He was kind, fair, no pressure, and came in on his day off to make sure I was well taken care of. He spent extra time to make sure I understood all of the controls, se no pressure, and came in on his day off to make sure I was well taken care of. This was my second Lexus at this same dealership - the entire dealership also very professional. I would give more than 5 stars if possible. More
