Unfortunately, being our 1st time to visit the dealership, this was not a pleasant experience with Sales. Friendly, but not a good experience. Agreed upon a selling price, which was then listed dealership, this was not a pleasant experience with Sales. Friendly, but not a good experience. Agreed upon a selling price, which was then listed, as a surprise that we did not know about, as a final drive out price, with this topic never even being discussed. We had only discussed a selling price. Then we had an issue with the trade-in of our vehicle during this process as well. Spoke with the GM regarding this experience/issue, but he did not seem too concerned with our issue, Rather seemed upset that our original selling price was eventually honored. Seemed to be more upset with the employees who tried to right this wrong, rather than the criss-cross of selling price to final price that occurred. Regarding the Finance Department, Judy Patureau, was extremely helpful with great customer relations. The same can be said about Sales Manager, Sinh Pham. Both were wonderful! Highly recommend these 2 employees! More

I connected with Westside Lexus and Jim Fikaris in my search for a pre-owned Audi, which they had on the lot. As an out of town customer, candor and transparency were critical. I was able to deal with search for a pre-owned Audi, which they had on the lot. As an out of town customer, candor and transparency were critical. I was able to deal with Jim by phone and email before making the 2.5 hour drive to Houston and developed a high level of confidence and trust in my dealings with Jim. Jim offered a fair price, and the entire process was very efficient and pleasant, words I haven’t generally associated with my prior car buying experiences. My wife is a Lexus driver, and although I was in the market for an Audi, we’ll be back to see Jim when it’s time to buy a new Lexus, even though it’s a 2.5 hour drive. More

Short a sweet Jim Fikaris did a great job of getting us in and out with a new certified pre-owned Lexus. My wife and I knew what we wanted and came in pre-financed Jim Fikaris did a great job of getting us in and out with a new certified pre-owned Lexus.
