Two words…. Jim Fikaris! I’m a repeat customer but my last salesman has since retired. A hit and run accident that resulted in my vehicle being declared totaled b Jim Fikaris! I’m a repeat customer but my last salesman has since retired. A hit and run accident that resulted in my vehicle being declared totaled brought me back to the dealership sooner than I expected. Jim is very open, personable and answered any questions that I had. He was very pleasant to deal with did whatever it took to make the sale. I did my test drive in the morning and drove off the lot later on that evening. Sterling in finance made the transaction very smooth and got me out the door rather expedictiously, totally happy about that. I will miss my Breakwater Blue Lexus but I’m glad Jim helped me find my next new vehicle! Thanks for another pleasant purchasing experience! More
