I had the pleasure of working with Joe Libertore on a 2021 rogue purchase. He was patient and helpful, and a terrific salesman. It pains me to write this review about a dealership I was loyal to for over a decade, but the Sisson family sold it to Faisal and Ali Ahmed in 2019 and the old quality of service no longer exists. Despite loyal to for over a decade, but the Sisson family sold it to Faisal and Ali Ahmed in 2019 and the old quality of service no longer exists. Despite the thousands of dollars I've spent on three vehicles and all of my service needs, the new regime thought I should pay full MSRP on a Sentra *and* be forced to buy over $2,000 dollars in dealer add ons that I had no reason to want or need. Particularly galling was them wanting to install LoJack on a car that already includes tracking. Buyer beware. I immediately got a car I wanted at the price I asked for at another Nissan dealership. It took more time to prepare the car than the entirety of the negotiation and paperwork. Honest dealers don't force add-ons and don't charge full MSRP. More
