My experience from walking in the door to signing on the dotted line was extremely positive. Jim Galbraith took a special interest in making the experience pleasant. He introduced me to John Montgomery, who was very professional, yet at the same time made you feel comfortable. John answered all of my questions and wasn't "pushy" about buying the car. He was extremely courteous and very knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicle. John is truly an asset to Advantage Chevrolet. Jim and John, thank you for making me feel at home, like one of the family. I'll definitely recommend you and Advantage to my family and friends! P.S. Like your new showroom! My name is Joe Murphy and I need to be completely honest by saying that John Montgomery knows his Silverado! During the search for the perfect truck no one that I spent time with knew as much as John did ab by saying that John Montgomery knows his Silverado! During the search for the perfect truck no one that I spent time with knew as much as John did about the nuances of the Silverado and how to use all the technology! The first time I tried to operate some of the controls on the new systems it was overwhelming but John explained it so simply that even I was able to understand and every time. If John knows half as much about the rest of the lot you are in good hands because he knows what he's doing. Jim Galbraith was the perfect gentleman, manager and just makes you feel like an old friend! I never felt as comfortable between two men in my life as Jim and John. Between these two guys I felt that my needs were number one. I am a niche buyer looking for the perfect puzzle piece to fit our family needs. We need a truck that not only is rugged and dependable enough for a family day but also can stand the rigors of everyday construction life. This is not only my work vehicle that I trust and depend on to provide for my family but it also doubles as our family cruiser. Both Jim and John were very respectful of my budget and needs and found the perfect Silverado! I read reviews of both trucks and dealers before I set out to make a purchase. The reviews of Jim Galbraith and John Montgomery seemed unbelievable but I needed to find out before I made a purchase. It was late on a Friday after a long week of working and I decided that I must give Advantage Chevy of Bollingbrook a look and am I glad I did! The deal was so good and pressure free there was no way I was leaving without my new 2014 Silverado 1500 Crew Cab! I love this truck! It's got only the options I wanted and none that I didn't need. This truck isn't only equipped properly its the exact color I set out to get. I highly recommend Advantage Chevy of Bolingbrook. Definitely worth the drive. More

As soon as we walked in the door, we were greeted by Alvaro. We had spoken with Jim on the phone so Alvaro got him. They both were very friendly and nice. We entered the new car sales office but the car we were interested in was in the used section. It was very cold this day so they brought the car into the new car service area so we could look it over. Alvaro answered all our questions and let us take the vehicle for a test drive. We felt like we received real personal customer service. We were not pressured during the visit. Purchasing a car can be a painful experience, especially with kids in tow. The whole process was very smooth and not overwhelming. We drove away with the car we wanted and left very happy. Thanks guys! I would recommend this dealership to family and friends. More

First of all, let me say that I don't take the time to write on line reviews. Until now. I got several internet quotes on new Impalas from Jim Galbraith (and other dealerships) before I visited Adv to write on line reviews. Until now. I got several internet quotes on new Impalas from Jim Galbraith (and other dealerships) before I visited Advantage, where I worked with Andre Thomas. Andre took me for a test drive and explained the features of the car in a no pressure situation. The Impala is a great car and everything checked out just as I expected, so it was time to buy. I kept waiting for the "catch" on why I wouldn't get the internet price, but it never came- I bought the car for the price that was quoted. Advantage is not the closest Chevy dealership to my house, but they earned my business with a great combination of price, patience and service. I know it sounds simple, but they did what they said they would do. And my Impala is really a great car! More

When I called the dealership Jim listened to what I wanted to buy. He gave me some options and then when I selected one of them he did everything to make it easy to buy the SUV.
