I believe this to be the best dealership experience I’ve ever had. Victoria Lauren was super! I wanted a specific used car and spoke with Victoria on phone be for I came. Sales team did an excellent job. I mostly dealt with Mark Hansen who was genuine, friendly and keen to help. Victoria L was also helpful and friendly. Sadly giving praise is rarely the case with many GM dealers ( I had been through 11 over the past 7 years both buying and service). With GM your only hope that you do not need Warranty work, because if you do then be prepared for pain. In full disclosure, I did not work with Service team at Asheville Chevrolet, and I hope they are much better than all Chevy dealers around Raleigh, NC. Tiny complaint is that on my Duramax 3.0L oil came overfilled by a bit (using GM guidance by about 3/4 of quart). Engine was cold in the morning when I checked so it is an accurate measurement. GM does say in the Diesel Supplement Manual that overfilling can damage the engine in bold print. More
