Awesome Outback and Awesome Staff..WOW!!! Me and my 90 yr old dad leased our second Outback in Oct 2016. Ann Marie Napoli is a true asset to Lester Glenn. She is awesome..friendly, knows the cars and most important has the right qualities that let us truly feel we were buying/leasing what we wanted/needed and not what she wanted to sell us as many of us have experienced elsewhere. 2017 Subaru Crosstrek I came into Lester Glenn Subaru just to check out the car one night since I was in the area. I didnt think Id be buying from them since I live over I came into Lester Glenn Subaru just to check out the car one night since I was in the area. I didnt think Id be buying from them since I live over an hour away, but Ann Marie and her sales manager Jim really worked with me to make me feel satisfied that I was getting a great deal, available to answer questions day and night, and made me feel comfortable about the whole car buying process. I had no problem buying from them regardless of the distance. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and coworkers in the area and even by me. More

I have now purchased 6 vehicles from them and each purchase was seemless. From Mark Belotti our Salesman to Donato in Finance to Jim the Manager I was treated with respect and wasn't pushed into anything. These guys understand Family dealership and live it. Bought My First Car! I went here in the look for a used car for my first car. We had visited other local dealerships before but not very pleased. This was a different expe I went here in the look for a used car for my first car. We had visited other local dealerships before but not very pleased. This was a different experience. We were able to test drive the cars that we were interested in. Jason Sansone was very patient and helpful with the car selection and actually taking it for a test drive. Jim Grace was able to work with our budget and find information on a possible trade in within a decent amount of time. Dave Shinn, our original contact, set us up with Jason and oversaw the transaction. I am happy to leave here with my new used car. More

We went for a test drive and decided to pursue the deal. The dealership worked with us on the financing and gave us a good price. I would recommend this dealership. Everyone at the dealership was pleasant and friendly. We were shown the facility, service area and waiting area etc. It was a very positive experience. More
