This is my second purchase at Metro and I couldn't be more excited about my new car. After being in a pretty bad accident, the insurance company totaled my car giving me two days to purchase a new one an more excited about my new car. After being in a pretty bad accident, the insurance company totaled my car giving me two days to purchase a new one and return the rental. Worried I would be stuck buying something I really didn't want, my sales rep reassured me I had time. Placing me in one of their rentals, at a minimal cost was exactly what I needed to relax and shop for the car I wanted. Jim Greenfield located my car on the first day. A day later he located a second one closer to home. Five days later I was in my new Toyota Corolla XSE 2021, the exact one I wanted with my choice of accessories installed and ready at the time of delivery. After 10 hours of work, I arrived at Metro and my car was ready. A total of 2 1/2 hours tops and I was on my way home. Most of that time was mine to learn and enjoy the comforts of my new car. A 1/2 hour, tops, in the finance office. Maybe a little longer because Craig, with a C, had everything I asked for ready to go. Impressive service, all around. Can't say enough great things so you are just going to have to take my word for it and experience it for yourself. More

I have to share what a complete pleasure it was working with Jim Greenfield! I do not purchase new vehicles often and was torn between two completely different models. We had laughs along the way as well. Jim's communication is stellar! He made every effort to find the exact vehicle with the features I requested. He even offered to come in on his day off!
