My husband and I have been customers of Metro Toyota since the mid 70s both for purchases and service, in spite of living within walking distance of another Toyota dealership. I recently began looking for my first ever new vehicle because I injured my hip a year or so ago and it’s become painful and I am often re-injuring it by trying to get down into and out of a lower car suc because I injured my hip a year or so ago and it’s become painful and I am often re-injuring it by trying to get down into and out of a lower car such as my Camry. So I began looking for something that sat up higher such as a RAV4. I quickly found out that in today’s crazy market I was going to have to act fast as many RAV4s are selling before they are actually even built or shipped. I visited two local dealerships (which shall remain nameless) and I was less than impressed by both who were very clearly over-charging and or playing games. So much so that it left me feeling extremely defeated and like I was being priced out of being able to afford a car. I actually lost sleep that evening wondering how I'd be able to afford a car that I needed. Which is said when I work two jobs. So I went to social media asking friends and family for recommendations and Metro Toyota was recommended by several people. I did my due diligence and spoke to 7 Toyota dealerships in NE Ohio. So I can honestly say without a doubt that I made the choice of going with Metro Toyota. I could tell from the moment that I spoke to one of the owners (Barry) that no games were being played, there was no pushing, no xx and most importantly he was extremely helpful, honest and genuine with me. It felt like I was catching up with an old friend. It was my lucky day and someone didn't want the RAV4 they ordered and that just arrived. I came in the next morning test drove it, and purchased it. Metro saved me HUNDREDS a month on the RAV4 compared to what another dealership quoted me the day prior. Needless to say I was ecstatic!! Honestly from Barry, his brother Jim and Ryan, it was such an enjoyable and pleasant experience! No games, no xx, just genuine helpful/amazing people whom clearly care and treat you as family! I left the dealership actually thanking them all for helping me with my first car purchase. I can drive away in my new RAV4 knowing I got a good and fair deal. I can not express how genuinely thankful and greatful I am for all of them! Metro Toyota gained a lifetime customer in me! More
