I am Jim Halford, Service Director at Love Honda in Homosassa, Fl. I have spent the past 35 plus years striving to provide a great experience for all of my customers. I was born and raised in Jacksonville, Fl. I enlisted in the US Army for 2 years out of high school before getting into my first Honda Service Managers position in North Florida. After many years there, I moved to Murfreesboro, Tn, spending 19 years at a large Honda store as a Fixed Operations Director before coming back home to Florida. I look forward to meeting all of our customers.

Jodie Brady gave me excellent customer service. On short notice, I was going out of state and driving about 3,000 miles. Jodie was able to fit me in her already booked schedule for the week. Besides an oil notice, I was going out of state and driving about 3,000 miles. Jodie was able to fit me in her already booked schedule for the week. Besides an oil change, she informed me that my battery failed the load test and was replaced under warranty. She went over the checklist with me and everything check out OK. Thank you Jodie. More

This is the second time in a month we have been in to Love for service. This time was for tires on my wife’s Lexus. Their prices are as good or better than tire Kingdom in a lot faster. Had a grocery list of parts I needed and Joe and Brandon are both very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed. Probably the best parts guys around. Honest Folks I was due for a major maintenance last month and was expecting a huge bill. The service manager, Jim Halford, guided me with what NEEDED to be done a I was due for a major maintenance last month and was expecting a huge bill. The service manager, Jim Halford, guided me with what NEEDED to be done and what DIDN'T -- saved me a bundle. Yesterday I stopped in because my tire had a nail in it. Tyler (service writer) told me they'd check it out and if the nail had punctured, they'd have to plug the hole and there would be a cost associated. Turned out it wasn't punctured, they checked out all the tires for me and there was no charge. Some dealerships would have charged. I like dealing with these folks. More
