I am Jim Halford, Service Director at Love Honda in Homosassa, Fl. I have spent the past 35 plus years striving to provide a great experience for all of my customers. I was born and raised in Jacksonville, Fl. I enlisted in the US Army for 2 years out of high school before getting into my first Honda Service Managers position in North Florida. After many years there, I moved to Murfreesboro, Tn, spending 19 years at a large Honda store as a Fixed Operations Director before coming back home to Florida. I look forward to meeting all of our customers.

On 5/03/19, members of your service department went out of their way to assist us with the loss of wife's wedding ring which had dropped beneath the f On 5/03/19, members of your service department went out of their way to assist us with the loss of wife's wedding ring which had dropped beneath the front passenger's seat. Removal of seat was required to find ring. Jodie Brady provided us with outstanding support, turning tears into smiles all around.
