kudos to Stew Hansen Shad, Greg Miller and new car Mgr Jim made our two purchases (2 within 11 mos) the most pleasurable car buying experiences I've ever had. I went to Stew because I was treated so poorly at Dewey words that I could type here would not be accepted. I arrived at Stew in hopes to purchase a new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I did just that, I got a words that I could type here would not be accepted. I arrived at Stew in hopes to purchase a new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I did just that, I got a decent deal and of course they made their money off me like I would expect. About 4 days after my purchase I was told that the company I work for has a discount. A 1% below invoice. I know I didn't even pay close to invoice and I called up my sales guy to asked him what he could do. I got very little response out of this, so I drove to the dealership and stated my case. They said they were going to call Chrysler and get whatever they could out of them as they dont have a database to look up who gets a discount from what company. My sales person said... if you would have told me that you worked for Wells Fargo, I would have known to give you a discount rate. I waited 2 days and called back to the dealership. They said they made a call but it would be a week or so. I waited a week, thinking they are just hoping I go away. I called back and got same type of response, so I called Chrysler and spoke to them. They weren't going to do a thing for me BUT told me that if it were a good dealership and wanted your recommendation and business that they have the right to rewind the deal and give me the discount that I deserve. So I called to talk to the GM of the dealership. He told me that the deal that I got was FAR better than the discount that I brought in. He even tried to tell me to bring everything back in and if he were to re-do the deal that I would owe him $750 at signing. I told him that was impossible, and tried to dump simple math on him and of course he came back with User Car math with me. In the end I flat out asked him if he would rewind my deal to reflect the 1% below invoice and give me the same for my trade in that they did before. He said NO, he would not do that. I asked why and he said that he would not make any money on the deal.... so I said, "Didn't you just say that you would make an additional $750?" I heard nothing but silence on the other end.... I said, that's what I thought and hung up! More

My wife and I went to a competitor of Stew Hansens to try and buy a new Charger with specific parameters involved (i.e. color, all wheel drive, spoiler, leather, chrome grill, etc). That specific dealer tr and buy a new Charger with specific parameters involved (i.e. color, all wheel drive, spoiler, leather, chrome grill, etc). That specific dealer tried to shove a Ford Taurus down or throat and we were upset and left. Upon arriving at Stews, we were treated professionally, with passion, and they bent over backwards to find my wife and I a car that we wanted. We ended up not getting the Charger but found and purchased an Avenger which we absolutely love. The only other thing that I might add is that I wish the Sat radio had been programmed for us prior to leaving but the overall experience was OUTSTANDING, PROFESSIONAL, EFFICIENT AND ENJOYABLE. More
