Made an appointment to have a recall completed. After two hours I was told that they didn't have the parts but they would call me when the missing parts came in. Never got a call back. When I got there I was told that the techs doing the work don't come in until 8. Why would you schedule an appointment for an hour before the techs come in if you knew I was waiting. Never received one apology. Department seems poorly run. More

Hubler always finds me the car I’m looking for and I usually get discounts I didn’t know were available.
