My vehicle was overdue for an oil change and my schedule is busy. So I have limited time to bring in my vehicle. My advisor, Shawn Garringer, quickly stepped into action and told me that he could get my vehicle in. I know it was around the end of their operation hours, but that didn't stop them from getting things done. After my vehicle was finished, I even found out that the Technician that completed my oil change, Tyler Harlow, ended up staying late just to help out a fellow customer. Good attitudes and willingness to go above and beyond says to me that they have earned a customer for life! Thanks! More
