In a previous service I brought to the service person I had a recall on the driver side air bag. When I brought my car in the next nothing was said about the recall. A part needed to be ordered and I shoul had a recall on the driver side air bag. When I brought my car in the next nothing was said about the recall. A part needed to be ordered and I should have been notified when the part was available. I have been with Hubler Chevrolet for 25 yrs. 20 yrs in Shelbyville and 5 yrs at Hubler south side of Indy. I expect better service. More

The dealership is great. The software from GM did not work and I'm going to have to go back to get the upgrade done on my Bolt. I had my car in the shop for 3 days. I had to call to see what the problem was. I finally got my car back. We drove it to Cleveland , Ohio. The trip there was fine. On our way back ho I had to call to see what the problem was. I finally got my car back. We drove it to Cleveland , Ohio. The trip there was fine. On our way back home the over heating light came on. The light kept goi g on and off. Finally it said turn the car off immediately . The coolant was empty. We put coolant in the car. The dealership said it was not their problem and charged me over $500 to fix the car. I will never go back to Hubler again. My car only has 37,000 miles on it. So disappointed !!!! More

I scheduled my service appointment on line. Quick, easy to do. Available times were generous. I arrived a few minutes early but Kevin A. Was expecting my arrival got it started right away. Boy Quick, easy to do. Available times were generous. I arrived a few minutes early but Kevin A. Was expecting my arrival got it started right away. Boy how times have changed. Just and hour and some change and I was out the door knowing my Colorado was road ready. Oil change, and a screw in the left rear tire that thankfully did not cause a leak. A free car wash and a visit to the food bar for breakfast. The attendant there was very nice lady. You kidding me? All this? No oily shoes either. This facility is immaculate. You could eat on the floor. More
