Had a great buying experience at Inver Grove, coming home with a new 2019 Camry. I can say that this buying experience was the smoothest I’ve had yet. I have previous dealership work experience so I know the with a new 2019 Camry. I can say that this buying experience was the smoothest I’ve had yet. I have previous dealership work experience so I know the sales and service process very well, and I was impressed. Jim Hayes was great to work with, and made me feel welcome and like he cared about what I wanted. We had been discussing options for a few months as my mileage limit on my lease was coming due, even though it was not up in terms of time. He put up with all my emails and questions, always willing to answer them! He definitely wanted to make sure I was happy and excited about the car, and not buying just because I had to. No pressure to buy a more expensive version, and they were very willing to work out numbers for me that were acceptable. There were some scratches that I found after I got home (hard to see) and a simple phone call got me an appointment to get them repaired. Definitely worth the drive all the way from the Eau Claire, Wisconsin area! If you are in the market for a vehicle and want a low pressure sale, ask for Jim! More

On top of that, he has never made me feel like I am wasting his time or that I am any less important just because I need to be more cautious about how much I am spending.
