I had fun buying my car! Everything was great, from setting up the appointment to financing the car. The salesman who helped me was Jim. He was great! He talked to me about wh Everything was great, from setting up the appointment to financing the car. The salesman who helped me was Jim. He was great! He talked to me about what I wanted/needed in a car. He took the time to show me every color they had, so I could decide which one I wanted. He explained the new technology in the car while we were driving around looking at the different colors. What really impressed me though, is after I had signed all the paperwork and was getting ready to leave, he asked me to wait a couple of minutes for him to finish with another customer. Then he went out to my car with me, set everything up for me, and synced my phone up to my car. Jeff Miracle was the person who set up all the paperwork with me. He made it very easy and we joked a lot. More

He was the funniest and nicest salesman we ever met! He was knowledgeable and honest with every question we had. He made us feel comfortable and the experience very enjoyable. While test driving my car, he even politely asked if we could stop to check on another motorist in the lot who was having trouble. We get the car we need Jame was helpful 100% and show us all what we need abouth the car and price, the only issue was the apraisel for our bmw 2019, the give us a low trade Jame was helpful 100% and show us all what we need abouth the car and price, the only issue was the apraisel for our bmw 2019, the give us a low trade parice for this car bmw 2019 with only 6000 mile, also the can do better wit interes rate..this was the only issue, but from sales with james was all fine and work hard for us.
