Jim Helmig from Havertown, I been with Piazza Honda since 2004. I've been working for Piazza Honda in Drexel Hill 2004 and now Springfield since 2015. I've been selling cars for 22 years now and I'm very customer focused, I believe to have a good time with the customer knowing that car shopping is not the most pleasant experience, I'd like to be thorough with the customer about all the features of the car to make sure it's the car they're looking for. Many of my customers thank me for being so honest it makes a difference. My ideal customer is one that has done the research on the car and knows exactly what they want. Or I will listen to the customer tell me exactly what they're looking for.So I can match them up to the car that fits their needs. In my time off I like watching sports Eagles, Flyers, and Philles.

We had a 2005 Pilot and were thinking of trading it in. He showed us the new truck and it's features with no pressure to buy. We met with him again this summer to look at new Pilots and again he was very professional, answered all of our questions and never pressured us to do anything immediately. After reviewing all of the features of the different SUV's we decided to buy a new 2018 Honda CRV. We shopped all of the local dealers to see who could give us the best deal and came back to Jim to see what he could offer. Not only was he able to find us exactly what we were looking for, Piazza Honda Springfield beat everyone's price!! If you think car buying can be stressful then call Jim for a stress free experience. We will be back when we're ready for another new Honda. Thanks Jim!! More
