They added more then $2000 on M.S.R.P without letting me know what it is (this doesn’t include dealer closing fee, sales tax and non-tax fees). The sale contract was made for 84 monthly payment that I was know what it is (this doesn’t include dealer closing fee, sales tax and non-tax fees). The sale contract was made for 84 monthly payment that I was never told while I was signing the contract (The contract was supposed to be for 74 months). Of course it is my fault that I trusted them and I did not see it before I signed the contract. Unfortunately, I noticed it when I came home and reviewed the papers I had signed. They took advantage of the customer who told them in advance how much down payment I will pay and what I am expecting for the monthly payment. The sales representative Jim was very nice. Thanks Jim. The dealership is good. Not a fan of some of the made up fees as part of a deal, but the sales consultant was very friendly and ultimately provided a good deal. Well most people dread certain things in life like going to the dentist, like admitting they are wrong, and buying a car. Jim Hutson, our salesman, is nothing like you imagine the usual car salesman. He is a man of integrity who was concerned for us. He did not push or berate us into buying a car, rather, he outlined different possible solutions to resolve our current ownership situation. My wife and I chose to lease a Jetta and we were very impressed with the process. Our finance guy, Joey McDougal, was very knowledgeable and friendly walking us through the paperwork process. Overall I would rate this dealership as excellent. This is our second vehicle and the service department is very good. More
