The whole process was smooth and easy as it can be. Jim did a good job. If there is a downside it’s that I have not been given the service records and car fax that were shown to me during the sales pro Jim did a good job. If there is a downside it’s that I have not been given the service records and car fax that were shown to me during the sales process. Not a real big deal but I paid for the documents and they benefit nobody but me. I realize to the company I am just a small sale that is not very significant but to my wife and I the purchase is a big deal. All is good. I just want the documents I was shown during the sale. If Jim threw them away just have enough cahones to say that. More
