To whom it may concern, as a 20 plus year customer of Hardin GMC I have been very pleased with the service I have received. Sean has been our main point of contact and always takes good care of us. My Hardin GMC I have been very pleased with the service I have received. Sean has been our main point of contact and always takes good care of us. My only comment would be regarding the car wash after service. It needs to be just like going to a full-service car wash. In my experience the outside of the car gets washed off and nothing else. I would prefer no wash versus a half effort. Just my two cents. Thanks, James More

But after working with Jim Keys at Hardin GMC in Anaheim I had the very best experience. First of all he met us at the entrance and offered us waters. Once I told him what I came for it was a quick pleasant experience. Got the truck I came for without spending hours going back and forth which my wife and I greatly appreciated. If you want a great car without the hassle and spending your whole day going back and forth for nothing come Hardin GMC in Anaheim and ask for Jim Keys. This last time my car was returned with no fuel (the gauge literally said LO), my white seats were filthy and had scuff marks on them, there was trash in my door panel and on the floor, and it wasn’t even washed.
