Our new car We saw an ad for a 2016 Ford Explorer Xlt online at Rodman Ford. The wife sent an email to check availability. Jean called told us it was, so we made We saw an ad for a 2016 Ford Explorer Xlt online at Rodman Ford. The wife sent an email to check availability. Jean called told us it was, so we made an appointment for the next day. When we walked in we were greeted by Diane Carter who directed us to our sales representative Jim Laferriere. Everyone at the dealership made us feel like family. Jim got the vehicle, and we took a ride. He answered any and all questions we had. We purchased the car and couldn't be happier. We settled the finances with Jeff in the credit dept. On delivery day Jim spent at least an hour with us going over the car even programming our phones into the car. All we can say is thank you Jim and everyone at Rodman Ford for making our car buying experience hassle free. When it's time " we'll be back". More
