Everything went very smoothly from the time I walked through the door until the time I was driving my new Explorer home. Everyone was outstanding including my salesman Jim, the finance director Mark and Craig Rodman. Craig and I shared several stories and had some laughs. I think it's unusual for a family member to take that much interest in a customer. I really appreciate that he was a part of my buying experience. I felt very at ease at Rodman and there was no pressure whatsoever to purchase a vehicle. They were upfront and transparent which made my buying experience very comfortable. I went to numerous dealerships before Rodman to gather info and prices to make an informed decision. I purposely saved Rodman for last as I've had several friends who've purchased vehicles there and have been very satisfied. I'm glad I did as the buying experience was second to none and the price i paid was significantly less than all of the other dealers. If you're in the market for a Ford, make Rodman your first stop. You won't regret it! More
