I am very pleased with the service I received there, Alivia was amazing she was very attentive to what I was looking for in a car and went above and beyond to help me. She doesn't just make the sale and Alivia was amazing she was very attentive to what I was looking for in a car and went above and beyond to help me. She doesn't just make the sale and call it a day she truly cares about her job and the people she deals with. I also had the pleasure to consult with Jim in finance and he was wonderful as well in helping me choose the best option for my auto loan.. Mr Bruno has a great staff and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new car!!👍 More

Customer Service: Sean McCarey really listened to what I was looking for in a car. I indicated I was interested in buying a used Toyota and Sean casually asked if I had considered leasing. I said I had thou was looking for in a car. I indicated I was interested in buying a used Toyota and Sean casually asked if I had considered leasing. I said I had thought about it, but I didn't think it was right for me and so we moved on to test driving some used cars. The ones he brought me were very close to my criteria. Sean listened to what I didn't like about each of them and then casually brought up leasing again. His thorough explanation of how the 'closed' lease worked, convinced me that it was right for me. Sean patiently worked with me negotiating a price, even though it had gotten quite late. Jim Lanczycki was also very patient with me as he went over the financing. Friendliness: Sean McCarey greeted me the minute I walked into the showroom with a warm and friendly smile. His "no pressure" attitude made my shopping experience very enjoyable. The next night when I went down to the dealership, Sean was helping another customer, yet he took the time to acknowledge my arrival, even called me by name. The night I could pick up my car, was actually Sean's day off, but when I arrived, there he was to finish the deal. Very Impressive! Overall Experience: I was made to feel like I was part of the Route 44 family and not just a number. On the night I picked up my Corolla, I was introduced to the managers of the Service dept and Parts dept. Price: I feel I got a very good price because I had been to other dealers and had done some research online. I appreciated the fact that all the numbers were explained to me. More

My 2010 toyota RAV was near the end of its three year lease. I wanted to speak with the same sales person when I called yesterday on January 29th, Robert Ryan, because of the great experience with the lease. I wanted to speak with the same sales person when I called yesterday on January 29th, Robert Ryan, because of the great experience with the last sale. Well first I dealt with Jim Lanczycki in finances, he eagerly listened to what I had in mind about a new lease and encouraged me to come on in that same day. My mother and I were made to feel comfortable and yes even enjoyable. We had quite a bit of big belly laughs with Jim in his office- he's got quite a funny sense of humor at the "family business" style kind of atmosphere at Rt 44. Robert was there as well to help with questions we had, as always he is very informative and pleasant, even when I called back the next morning with more questions. Sean McCary was really sweet and attentive and I could tell he enjoys showing off a new set of wheels and seeing me happilly (sp)? driving off into the sunset- Ha!. He took all the time that I needed and demonstrated the perks on my awesome sound system. Also I briefly met a wonderful associate (Sean will know who I'm referring to)that drove my car to me for the final pick-up with a full tank of gas.( Thank you very much). What was especially nice about him is that he returned my beautiful hand made and hand-blown glass chime that I accidentely forget to take out from my old car. It was very special to me, I purchased from the gift store-OOPS! I kept it hanging from my rear-view mirror. I want to thank all of you for your help and you were all right, I am digging the power of my new V6 engine, VA-VA-VOOM !!! My Regards - Celeste More

ON FEB 28,2012 I WENT INTO ROUTE 44 TOYOTA WITH MY SON TO PURCHASE A 2012 HIGHLANDER FOR HIS WIFE, WITHIN ONE HOUR THE DEAL DEAL WAS COMPLETED. THIS INCLUDED TEST DRIVE,AGREED UPON PRICE AND FINANCING. NOWHE PURCHASE A 2012 HIGHLANDER FOR HIS WIFE, WITHIN ONE HOUR THE DEAL DEAL WAS COMPLETED. THIS INCLUDED TEST DRIVE,AGREED UPON PRICE AND FINANCING. NOWHERE WAS THERE ANY TYPE OF PROBLEM. OVER THE YEARS STARTING IN 1992 TO THE PRESENT I PERSONALLY LEASED 5 TOYOTA CAMRY'S WHILE I WAS WORKING(I'M RETIRED NOW). MY WIFE HAS PURCHASED 2 AVALON'S, A 2007 AND A 2011 AND MY SON HAS PURCHASED A SOLARA(FORGOT WHAT YEARS THAT WAS) AND PRESENTLY HE HAS A 2007 THUNDRA. NOW WITH HAVING HIS FIRST CHILD HE NEEDED A LARGER VEHICLE SO HE BOUGHT THE HIGHLANDER AND IS KEEPING HIS WIFE'S 2002 COROLLA WITH 199,600 MILES BECAUSE IT'S IN GOOD CONDITIONAND WITH GAS PRICES WHERE THEY ARE THEY'LL USE IT IN THE CITY. ALL THESE VEHICLES WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE 2002 COROLLA WERE PURCHASED AT ROUTE 44. NOW IF I WAS NOT SATISFIED FIRST WITH THE PRODUCT OR THE DEALER WOULD I KEEP GOING BACK TO ROUTE 44? BESIDES THE SERVICE DEPT. IS TOP-SHELVE WITH PEOPLE LIKE KEVIN PERRY, BOB RODRIGUES, MARK,REBECCA AND TONY. ALSO, THE PEOPLE UP FRONT ON THE SALE ROOM FLOOR ARE TOP-NOTCH. PEOPLE LIKE JIM LANCZYSKI, MARK MC ALOON,GLENN BROWN. ALL THESE PEOPLE HAVE BEEN THERE FOR YEARS. SOMETIMES AS HUMAN BEING'S WE ARE THE PROBLEM WHEN WE GO TO PURCHASE A NEW CAR. WE GO IN WITH A NEGATIVE ATTITUDE BECAUSE WE THINK THE SALESMAN IS ONLY INTERESTED IN HOW MUCH COMMISSION HE CAN MAKE AND SO TOO ABOUT THE OWNERSHIP. THE OLD SAYING "YOU CAN PLEASE SOME OF THE PEOPLE SOME OF TIME BUT YOU CAN'T PLEASE ALL THE PEOPLE ALL THE TIME". THIS IS NOT TRUE IN OUR FAMILY BECAUSE WE HAVE BEEN PLEASED "ALL THE TIME". My experience was great! From my first phone call to I think it was John to my visit. I was greeted upon my arrival and taken inside out of the heat and offered a cool drink, how nice. Terrence asked me think it was John to my visit. I was greeted upon my arrival and taken inside out of the heat and offered a cool drink, how nice. Terrence asked me about what I wanted and what my budget was and he found me the perfect Camry. I love the Camry. They gave me a very very good trade in value on my old Camry. I was very pleased with the whole process. The finance man, Jim was extremely helpful and offered me warranties and insurances that I may need down the road. All in all, it was great. More
