Worst service customer care I have ever experienced at a
dealership with two service appointments(second appointment was to bring back truck for incorrect repair from the first appointment). Truck was dropp

Truck was dropped off night before each appointment and had to call on the status since I had not heard from them all day that it would be done. When I called to check status, I was told that they had not gotten to it and it would be done early the following day, however, once again did not hear from them all day until I called at 3:30 pm to check when it could be picked up and was told it was just being worked on. At 5pm received call from the service manager that they would need yet another day to diagnose what was going on which I expressed was not acceptable since I was already without my work truck for 4 days. Jim, the service manager had no regard for the inconvenience this was causing me and advised me to just come pick it up with no offer for a loaner to help with the situation. He wanted nothing to do with explaining what was happening and just wanted to get off the phone and not deal with it.
