Honestly I don't understand why this man's rating is 4. 8 and not a solid 5. In the 50 plus years that I have been owning vehicles and bringing them to service departments over about 20 different states th 8 and not a solid 5. In the 50 plus years that I have been owning vehicles and bringing them to service departments over about 20 different states the level of service I have gotten every single time at Robertson's is hands down the best anywhere. You guys have a lot to be proud of there. I would not let any other GMC shop touch my truck. The quality of the technician's work and the professionalism with which Jim manages it all is extraordinary. More
