Had problem with an emission pump on my 2021 Chevy Trailblazer causing the check engine light to stay on. The techs diagnosed the problem, ordered the appropriate part, and after a bit of a wait for Trailblazer causing the check engine light to stay on. The techs diagnosed the problem, ordered the appropriate part, and after a bit of a wait for the part to come in, fixed the issue. It was a warranty issue so there was no charge. Great sales experience in 2018. Pretty poor communication on the service side. Called them in December 2023 stating the type of work I was looking to have done on the truck. Pretty poor communication on the service side. Called them in December 2023 stating the type of work I was looking to have done on the truck. Was told they could do it. Got 2 reminders to have the truck there ON TIME on Monday AM. Had it there on time, but then they didn't look at it for a couple days, then told me they couldn't do the main thing I needed (alignment). I asked them to do an inspection then, which they did, but needed to first install a mud flap. Installed flat is dragging on ground. Was given a total price on the phone, but final bill is higher. Etc, etc. Just poor communication. From start to finish, not what I'd hope More
