My experience was fantastic! I went in for a recall item to be fixed on a car I recently purchased and was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes! Service department sux! !!!!! I couldn’t describe any other way I have had issues every time then I found out my extended warranty I could only go to them or outside a 50 mil !!!!! Scheduled service appointment for vehicle. Took 3 weeks for work to be completed. Continuously told that service dept was backed up and they would get to it. We had to call them to find out Took 3 weeks for work to be completed. Continuously told that service dept was backed up and they would get to it. We had to call them to find out about progress. Finally had to contact Ali Roberston to get resolution (loaner vehicle for last 4 days). Service was very disappointing as we've always had positive experiences in the past. More
