Jim joined our team last summer and has quickly proven to be a great salesman! He lives with his wife Ashley and their 2 Bichon Frise fluff balls. They also have 2 beautiful children and enjoy spending time as a family. Jim enjoys the outdoors and is an avid Notre Dame fan. You'll know when Jim's phone rings because it plays the Notre Dame fight song! His Ram has the fighting Irishman affixed to his rear window.

This is why I gave them 5 stars on everything - Customer Service: the salesman I went through, Jim, was able to answer every question I had in an extremely timely manner. Even after I bought my new Jeep Patriot, I was still responded to immediately. The service from him never ends. Quality of work: I will tie into customer service. In my mind, the quality is self explanatory. Friendliness: everyone there was polite, respectful, and professional. Price: I looked at practically EVERY dealership in the area on the price of a 2015 Jeep Patriot, and Scranton Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram beat them all...some of them, CONSIDERABLY.
