Got totally ripped off and they lied too they did work I didn’t approve of and was forced to pay. I was told over the phone vehicles need one coil and one spark plug they replaced all four spark plugs witho didn’t approve of and was forced to pay. I was told over the phone vehicles need one coil and one spark plug they replaced all four spark plugs without my permission and then I was forced to pay for it during time of pick up. Also had a battery installed a week later. After the installation of the battery, my caution, hazard lights do not work anymore, the coil and a spark plug and the vehicle started misfiring then when I spoke to the mechanic, he explained it is a very common issue, but is not under warranty even though my vehicle only has 53,000 miles on it. I will never return or recommend your dealership to anyone ever. Repairs department is unreliable and untrustworthy.
