This is the first time I have ever had an issue. Was told a month ago when my car was inspected that I would the brakes to be done soon. When I went to pay the bill, they informed me that the rotors were done also. I would have thought that they would have at least ask me or told me that the rotors needed doing before they proceeded. Fred & Jim, super friendly. Gave practical advice with an accent of humor in it! Using excellent communication skills, Jim taught me how to program a new key (and I am a low-tec Gave practical advice with an accent of humor in it! Using excellent communication skills, Jim taught me how to program a new key (and I am a low-tech female senior citizen)! Fred helped guide me to the correct key at an affordable price! Tho' a woman w/low mechanical knowledge, Fred & Jim did not in any way make me feel 'talked down to'. Instead, I got an education in how to practically and affordably maintain the functioning of our Savana van by keeping it well-serviced. Fred listened to our request and double checked when it last had its tires rotated. Fred then called our cell phone when there was a question re: possible battery replacement. And he called when the service was done. Husband and I are 100% satisfied with our interactions with GMC's Service Dept. Thank you for being there for us when our van and we need you! We cannot always afford all of the services our van needs (at the time), but we do our best to have done what our budget allows. We very much appreciate the coupons mailed to us! P.S. "Could you say a little more' questions need 'Excellent' as the top rating! More
