I appreciate how I can rely on what Jim and Brad tells me about what my car needs to be a safe vehicle for my family to drive. Dale and Bradley out in the shop really take special care of our families my ve about what my car needs to be a safe vehicle for my family to drive. Dale and Bradley out in the shop really take special care of our families my vehicles, to ensure that things are identified to ensure any future potential issues. All of the support team at quick lane have been maintaining our vehicles for years. Our children were in high school when Quick Lane began maintaining our vehicles and now our three kids are grown and out on their own and two are married with families of their own and they still bring their vehicles to Quick Lane for repair. Our daughter drives an hour from New Market to Decatur to continue service from Brad, Jim, Dale and Bradley. The other techs I do not know as well as they have not been there as long, but I can rest assured that these four team members have our backs. Please let them know how well they care for their customers, I am sure you already have, but if not, please do. More
