I didn't feel pressured or overwhelmed, which are very common when buying a car, especially since this was my first car purchase. After a few visits and finally sealing the deal, Jim felt like an old friend. He took the hard part out of looking, test-driving, and purchasing a car that made me feel at ease with my final decision. I would 10/10 recommend Jim, and I will definitely be back when the time comes. More
