Fantastic car buying experience! I was looking at new Cr-V’s and was actually at a different dealership. They were not willing to negotiate so I went onto MWs website and found my dre I was looking at new Cr-V’s and was actually at a different dealership. I was then contacted by Launette Thompson who was there to answer any questions that I had and made sure that I was satisfied with the information supplied. I was then put in touch with Jim Rubey at which point I set up an appointment to test drive the Pilot and finalize my deal. Jim was a pleasure to work with...he made sure that I was satisfied with my experience, took the time to go over the vehicle and its features. Today I received two follow up calls to make sure that I all was good....the MW experience does not get much better than this! Great people! That is why people come back! More
